Katie is the founder of Mesa Verde Lavender in Mancos, Colorado! A beautiful lavender farm based in Southwest Colorado near Mesa Verde National Park. She’s a lavender farmer by summer and a children’s book author and illustrator by winter. It’s a fabulous mix for this outdoorsy artist who desires time in the sun and lots of beauty in her life! Mesa Verde Lavender specializes in top-notch culinary lavender and the high altitude creates even more potency in the flavor and oil content. Mesa Verde Lavender grows 15 different cultivars of lavender and is open for farm tours by appointment!
